Monthly Reporting Forms

Second Harvest Northland Monthly Statistics  – Fill out form – Due by the 10th of the following month. Required for all agencies not using Service Insights. Please note, agencies using Service Insights are not required to complete this form, but do need to enter your total pounds distributed each month into Service Insights. 

Retail Reporting – Due by the 10th of the following month. If your agency receives directly from a retail donor (grocery store, restaurant, etc), please enter your statistics into MealConnect: www.mealconnect.org.
