Product Orders

Beginning May 1, 2025, all partners are now required to use Agency Express to place orders.  We will no longer accept emailed orders except those from school pantry programs–please see our School Pantry and BackPack Partner page for more information.

If you have yet to receive Agency Express training, you can watch this recording of a previous training. Once you have viewed the recording, email Travis (tmurphy@secondharvestnorthland.org) for your login information and Agency Express materials.

If you have received training for Agency Express, have a username and password, and have a program code then please continue to order through Agency Express: Agency Express Login

ORDER WINDOW REMINDER
Agencies will be able to start ordering 2 weeks before their delivery date, and their order will be due 1 week before their delivery date.  The graphic below is helpful for understanding the new windows.  Please reach out if you have any questions.

What is an “Assorted Pallet”? Assorted pallets are products set aside and donated by our retail partners.  These products have not been sorted through by Second Harvest, but are separated into 6 categories: Assorted Dairy, Assorted Frozen, Assorted Deli, Assorted Non-Food, Assorted Dry Food, and Assorted Beverage.These pallets are comprised of products that are either surplus or close to expiration, and may take some creativity to utilize, as they do not have a consistent composition.
