What is an “Assorted Pallet”? Assorted pallets are products set aside and donated by our retail partners. These products have not been sorted through by Second Harvest, but are separated into 6 categories: Assorted Dairy, Assorted Frozen, Assorted Deli, Assorted Non-Food, Assorted Dry Food, and Assorted Beverage. These pallets are comprised of products that are either surplus or close to expiration, and may take some creativity to utilize, as they do not have a consistent composition.
