Civil Rights Training – Required Annually

Food Safety Training – Required for all partners every other year OR if you have had staffing changes. For partners who are ONLY handling shelf-stable food, you can complete the Basic Food Safety Training listed below. If you are handling temperature sensitive food (refrigerated or frozen products), you need to complete the Food Handlers for Food Banking training. The training booklet can be ordered through Agency Express, where your regular products are ordered. Please complete the training, sign the certificate, and scan or take a photo of the certificate to share that you have completed the training.

Service Insights on Meal Connect Training Library  – This is a training library from Feeding America for Service Insights.  This website is dedicated to aiding our agency administrators, agency users, and those doing intake on the Service Insights on Meal Connect platform.  In order to best use our resources as a network and work toward meeting our collective needs of having more timely neighbor insights now and into the future, Service Insights on MealConnect is available free to all network members. These insights can help inform food bank and agency operations, support fundraising efforts, facilitate partnerships, and improve the dignity and convenience of accessing charitable food.

The library has step-by-step videos as well as PDF instructions that you can print out. This will be updated as more features and enhancements are built into the software too!
