School Pantry Program

Children sitting at table and eating healthy food during break at school

After school, thousands of Northland children are experiencing hunger within their homes. For many, this means that they have little or even nothing to eat.

Our School Pantry Program provides a solution to hunger for children and their families. Food for our program is leveraged through national and regional suppliers. It’s transported to schools throughout the Northland.

We collaborate with teachers, school nurses, social workers, and other school staff who stock and manage on-site pantries within their schools. Children are able to access food for themselves, their siblings and family.
